These are the Promotion Participant Terms and Conditions for the promotional Promotion of Chance for the promotion of the VIP Travel Club Giveaway (hereafter “Promotion”) offered by VIP Travel Club, LLC (hereafter “VIP Travel Club Team”).

GENERAL CLAUSES

These Promotion Participant Terms and Conditions apply to the Promotion offered by the VIP Travel Club Team and do not apply to any other services offered by and/or agreements with the VIP Travel Club Team.Participation in the Promotion implies the participant agrees with these Promotion Participant Terms and Conditions, as well as with all decisions the VIP Travel Club Team takes to ensure the Promotion runs smoothly.If any provision in these Promotion Participant Terms and Conditions is void or voided, the remaining provisions will remain in full force. The VIP Travel Club Team will replace the void provision with new a provision, whereby the purpose and scope of the original provision will be taken into account as much as legally possible. The VIP Travel Club Team may at any time, in its sole discretion and without giving prior notice, change these Promotion Participant Terms and Conditions, unless these changes are to the disadvantage of the participant.

PROMOTION PARTICIPATION

The Promotion runs from April,10 2023 to December 31, 2023.Participation in the Promotion is open to all persons living in any place worldwide.Participants can participate in the Promotion by registering for the Promotion on the website: https://viptravel.club /giveaway and agreeing to specified opt-in criteria detailed in the material of the Promotion. Participants can increase their chances of winning the Promotion by inviting friends to join the Promotion and/or look at the VIP Travel Club Team’s website, by entering e-mail addresses from friends. Every invite will increase the participant chance of winning the Promotion. Participation in the Promotion is excluded for employees of the VIP Travel Club Team as well as anyone who is (in)directly involved in any way in the original creation of the Promotion.Participants under the age of 18 are excluded from participation in the Promotion.

PRIZES

The participant in the Promotion has a chance to win a 10 Day All-Inclusive Trip with airfare, hotel accommodations, and $1000 in USD cash with a total worth over $10,000 USD.The prize that will given to the winner of this Promotion can be detailed as follows:Two Round-trip Airfare tickets will be purchased for the winner of the Promotion and one additional traveler of their choice to bring them into the United States of America to a yet to be determined airport. The Winner of the Promotion and the one additional traveler of their choice must have valid passports at the time of travel which will permit them to enter into the United States of America. The destination airport for this airfare into the United States of America will be based on the travel conditions at the time of booking and the decision will be made by a member of the VIP Travel Club team to accommodate the winner of the Promotion and the one additional traveler of their choice by booking the airfare and paying for the airfare based on current conditions at the time of booking. The departure airport can be from any country in the world that has airports operating with commercial airlines, and does not include private airfare of any kind. The winner of the Promotion and their one additional traveler of their choice will be responsible for all travel costs associated with getting them to their departure airport for this Airfare at the beginning of this trip, and will be responsible for all travel costs associated with getting them back from their departure airport at the conclusion of this trip. The VIP Travel Club Team will do their best to accommodate the winner of the Promotion and the one additional traveler of their choice, based on any special needs, disabilities, or doctor validated allergies.Two Round-trip Airfare tickets will be purchased for the winner of the Promotion and one additional traveler of their choice to take them from a departure airport in the United States of America to a yet to be determined airport in Greece. The departure and destination airports for this round-trip airfare to Greece will be based on the travel conditions at the time of booking and the decision will be made by a member of the VIP Travel Club team to accommodate the winner of the Promotion and the one additional traveler of their choice by booking the airfare and paying for the airfare based on current conditions at the time of booking. The VIP Travel Club team will do their best to accommodate the winner of the Promotion and the one additional traveler of their choice, based on any special needs, disabilities, or doctor validated allergies.This Promotion will include a 10 Day stay at multiple cities in the country of Greece, with a custom travel itinerary created by the VIP Travel Club team. The VIP Travel Club team will do their best to accommodate the winner of the Promotion and the one additional traveler of their choice, based on any special needs, disabilities, or doctor validated allergies. This is an estimated itinerary for 10 Days in Greece, however the exact itinerary will be scheduled and booked based on current availability and travel conditions at the time of booking and all final decisions will be made by a member of the VIP Travel Club team when booking and paying for the accommodations.2 nights of accommodations at a luxury hotel or similar accommodation in Athens2 or 3 nights of accommodations at a luxury hotel or similar accommodation in Mykonos2 or 3 nights of accommodations at a luxury hotel or similar accommodation in Santorini1 night of accommodations ata luxury hotel or similar accommodation in AthensEach day includes a Daily breakfastThe Promotion will cover the costs and purchase the tickets for High-speed ferries between islandsAthens → Mykonos: approximately 3 hoursMykonos → Santorini: approximately 2.5 hoursSantorini → Athens approximately 5 hoursThe Promotion will cover the costs of Travel Insurance purchased for both the winner and one additional traveler of their choice.The Promotion will provide $1000 USD in cash to the winner of the Promotion so they can use it during their trip on any travel related purchases or at their own discretion. This does not include any currency exchange fees related to exchanging the cash into the local currency of Greece during their trip.The Promotion will provide two Travel packs, one to the winner of the Promotion and one to the additional traveler of their choice. The actual versions of the prizes may differ.Winner(s) will be selected in an impartial and random manner by a computer system and will be notified by e-mail within 24 hours of being chosen as the winner. There will be no other correspondence to the winner about the result of the Promotion other than by email. The winner must reply back to the VIP Travel Club team at their email address: viptravelclub33@gmail.com within 90 calendar days or they will forfeit all of their winnings in the Promotion and the VIP Travel Club team may at that time choose a new winner at their sole discretion.Exchanging or returning prizes is not possible. The prize is personal and not transferable or exchangeable for money.

COSTS

To participate in the Promotion, no additional communication costs will be charged. Furthermore, no payment or purchase is required to participate in the Promotion. This promotion is free to enter and free to win, meaning that it does not require any form of payment in order to participate or win.The VIP Travel Club Team pays any gambling taxes to the tax authorities. The prizes mentioned are therefore tax-free for the winner(s).

RESPONSIBILITIES

The winner agrees to behave in accordance with any applicable rules of conduct of the VIP Travel Club Team and/or other third parties concerned at any locations of the VIP Travel Club Team and/or third parties.The winner agrees to provide a video testimonial, photography, and video content of their experience on this trip and of their experience with the VIP Travel Club Team for the purpose of sharing and agrees to allow the VIP Travel Club Team to use all provided content from the winner for marketing and promotional purposes, without any due compensation. The same will apply to any additional traveler of their choice who may accompany them on the trip.

RIGHTS OF THE VIP TRAVEL CLUB TEAM

The VIP Travel Club Team reserves the right, without obligation of giving any reason and at its own discretion, to exclude participants from participation of the Promotion if the participant violates these Promotion Participant Terms and Conditions or any other legally applicable provision.The VIP Travel Club Team also reserves the right to prematurely terminate, interrupt or change the Promotion at its own discretion and without prior notice and/or modify the prizes that can be obtained if it so chooses to change the original terms, prizes and/or Promotion. Any updates will be amended to this original Terms and Conditions and remain posted publicly on the website.In the event of knowledge or suspicion of violations, fraud or abuse, the VIP Travel Club Team has the right to suspend participation and/or to declare participation invalid, without obligation of giving any reason.

Participants guarantee that any personal data provided during the participation procedure is correct, truthful, up-to-date and complete. The foregoing is required to be able to send any prize winners the prize, as well as sending the newsletter. The VIP Travel Club Team can provide this information to third parties if this is necessary for the provision or the delivery of the prize.
